About This Class
A super fun & playful class where you and baby will learn stretches, movements, balances, rocks & swings to help with your little ones growth & development in a super playful way!
Included in our baby yoga classes is movement, scarf play, songs and games (such as painting & bubbles) while focusing on development such as strength, sitting up, rolling, crawling and walking. We also create gorgeous keepsakes such as personalised footprint pictures & include themed photo areas.
Each week we have a different theme and different aspects of yoga, sensory & play plus parents get designated chill & chat time too!

We also focus on play ideas and development opportunities you can carry out yourself at home 💛
Our classes are completely baby led, we encourage as much feeding, cuddling, rocking and moving as you and baby need. We’re also big fans of cuppas & biscuits and lots of chill & chat too! ☕️
